This allowed him to seek out new and exciting roles where he could grow professionally, which led him to transition into the field of virtual event production in the summer of 2020. Over the past several years, Hayden has worked with a wide variety of clients across many of the major virtual event platforms, working in multiple roles such as event support, program manager, and creating training content for other members of the production team. The combination of these different roles and responsibilities has allowed Hayden to become a versatile and knowledgeable member of the team that is always ready for new opportunities to challenge himself and contribute to the team. Below is a brief synopsis of Hayden’s roles and work experience: Production Management: Since working in virtual event production, Hayden has become highly skilled in managing every step of the production process, from event set up to completion. Hayden has worked with a variety of platforms such as: Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, AdobeConnect, BigMarker, Intrado, Arkadin, Mural, and Slido. This experience has allowed him to become a virtual platform expert, who can use his knowledge to both assist the client during events as well as help the facilitator to provide an outstanding experience. In his free time, Hayden enjoys learning languages (particularly Spanish), camping with friends, gem mining, and trying new foods and cuisines.
