Thery began their corporate career in 2017 following her graduation from Hollins University and are currently a graduate student at Texas A&M University. Jalia has a strong passion for education, organization, and attention to detail, which helped them quickly develop the essential skills needed for efficient meeting and webinar production. Throughout their corporate career, Jalia has been continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and online conferencing platforms, making them a valuable asset to the team.

- Production Management: Jalia has spent their corporate career in technology and because of their strong attention to detail, they are adept with the various online conferencing programs used, such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
Jalia adapts well and enjoys the fast-paced nature of sudden changes. They have the ability to listen well and notice minor issues before they become big problems.
When Jalia is not working, they watch cartoons and bond with their roommate. Jalia also loves to craft and is currently attempting to learn how to sew.
