Absolutely. We understand the importance of presenting a united front and top notch service. We are happy to utilize an email under your brand and all of our team members answer their phones generically. They’ll never be the wiser that you contract out your support! 😉
This is dependent on the number of hours needed each month. If you ever have a concern that your VA is not being supportive enough of you and your needs, please contact us and Tracey will be in touch as soon as possible.
Turnaround timeframes are dependent upon the request and length of the project to be completed. Standard tasks can be completed within 24 – 48 hours. Your VA will be in discussions with you, no worries.
We will be communicating through email, video calls and phone calls. Because the relationship is virtual, we believe in high touch and prefer video calls (frequency depends on the number of hours you need).
Virtual Assistants are vested in the success of your business. If you’re not successful, you won’t need us to help support you. We will do what we can to help you so you can focus only on those things you do best.
It actually costs you less to work with a VA because you’re not paying our taxes or benefits, you’re not paying for our vacation time, office supplies or equipment. The list goes on and if you like, contact us and we would be happy to discuss it more with you.
We track our time to the minute and will work as much of the retained time as possible. If the work is there, we will complete it.
Absolutely not! We are independent contractors and are responsible for our own taxes and benefits. It’s a cost savings to you as you’re not paying for all that as your employee.
Our standard is if we’re on a “date,” either party can cancel at any time and any unused time will be reimbursed. If we’re on an ongoing contract, either party can give 30 days notice of cancellation. All monies paid would be non-reimbursable. We will do our best to utilize as much of your paid time as possible before the end of the relationship is upon us.
Please see your executed agreement for the terms applicable to you.
That can certainly happen sometimes. Though we do our best to keep you up-to-date on your time throughout the month during conversations and other means, we may find that there are more projects or tasks to be done than the time allows. We’ll discuss and see if you have a budget and we’ll see if our team member has additional time, and if so, there you go. You’ll just pay for any overage time completed and will be billed the following month.
It is ultimately up to you to provide us with tasks to do to use up all the time you retained. With that said, we make every effort to find out your goals and prompt you for things we could help you with as we get to know you better.
We’ll roll over time to the next month as an exception, not the rule. If we find you’re in need of less hours per month on average, we can look at our plans to see if there’s another package that better fits your needs.
