Bernie has been an associate of Tracey Del Camp and Associates since 2021. He began his corporate career in 2004 following his graduation from Northwood University with a BBA in Marketing & Management and is currently a full-time Virtual Producer and Training Consultant. He spent a large portion of his corporate career facilitating Instructor Led Training in virtual and live corporate classrooms for fortune 500 companies. This experience allows him to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with his clients to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional results in every engagement. The skills needed to be a great Trainer allowed Bernie to quickly advance into leadership roles as Director of Training, Operations Manager and Sales Director throughout his corporate career.

- Production Management– Bernie’s Training, Sales and Operational Leadership experience allows him to look at a project, task or challenge objectively through various lenses while staying adaptable and flexible to achieve the real-world result. Bernie has produced over 500 virtual meetings and trainings in Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Bernie’s corporate experience coupled with a passion for teamwork, communication, and technology, gives you a Virtual Producer who understands what support a Virtual Trainer or Facilitator will need to be successful. He is proactive and can anticipate needs or potential challenges for seamless virtual meeting production.
When not working, Bernie enjoys deer hunting, walking his Beagle, Red and watching the Lions play horrible football every single week.
