One of the best ways to make money as a Coach or Consultant is to provide your expertise to clients one-on-one and in groups. Giving your customers the VIP treatment is crucial to long-term relationships, resulting in long-term income for yourself. We’ll treat them like gold by doing the following with top service in mind.
Appointment Scheduling – We’ll schedule all appointments with your client. We’ll also send a reminder email beforehand for confirmation and handle cancellations and reschedules as needed.
New Client or New Group Orientation Kits – We will figure out what should be included when a new client comes on board, and we’ll make sure they get all the details of how to work with you. We’ll follow-up to make sure any agreements are signed before the first call and handle sending your welcome gift to them, also.
Document Distribution – You give us the rough draft of documents to be used during sessions. We’ll take care of editing, proofing and polishing up, then distribute to the client prior to scheduled session!
Client Database Management – We’ll utilize the system you have in place, or make a suggestion on the best solution for us to maintain all information related to your clients so we always have important information handy, such as family member names, birthdays, addresses, etc.
Payments – We’ll track client payments to make sure you get paid on time, every time, as much as possible. If you don’t already utilize a merchant account, we can discuss that and get you set up with one so payments take place automatically and we just monitor them for success/failure, and then handle as appropriate.
Client Retention Programs – Keeping in touch with clients is important for long-term relationship building and for generating referrals for additional business. We’ll strategize together to implement ways for making your clients feel extra special, such as remembering important dates, remembering special events and just saying “hello” or “thank you” with a small reach-out or gift on occasion so they feel appreciated. We’ll also develop a referral program so that your clients feel extra enticed to refer others to work with you.
Master Agreements/Statements of Work – Having these documents in place is crucial for clear and concise expectations and communications. Not to mention having on hand for legal needs. We’ll coordinate with your client to get these documents in place and liase with your attorney on any comments or edits.
