◼️ Event Management: Kate has developed her event management skills in working with various high-level corporate and virtual clients. Kate has been responsible for managing many events per month, handling all pre- and post-workshop logistics including event scheduling, registration, data analysis, content development, and post work. She has extensive experience with managing multiple projects at once and, as mentioned above, is comfortable handling multiple projects at one time.
◼️ Production Management: Kate has been a virtual learning and development producer for over nine years, providing technology support to facilitators and learners including answering technology related questions and troubleshooting audio issues. She has the ability to partner with the client and the scheduling team to plan and execute all the pre/during/post event responsibilities, requiring clear, customer-centric communications, agility, growth mindset, etc. Kate has produced programs and workshops using Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Connect.
In her space time, Kate is juggling her three daughters and husband. She serves as chair of the school drama department and is Director of the Campfires Day Camp.
